Going to my first professional football game tomorrow! On an unrelated note, Allen Iverson's leaving Philly after 11 seasons should be reason to pause for a moment and consider how unbelievable it is that a man smaller than me can dominate the NBA day-in and day-out like AI does.
As the "game of the millennium" begins, I am reminded of the "commercial of the millennium;" that ESPN spot that showed a woman wearing an Ohio State sweatshirt making out with a man wearing a Michigan sweatshirt... after a few moments, the words "Without sports, this wouldn't be disgusting" appeared. By the way, the Big Ten is so overrated, Rutgers could beat either one of these teams.

Coach Leach and his futuristic Texas Tech Red Raiders almost upset the number 2 ranked Texas Longhorns yesterday. Swing your Sword!!
Rutgers Football is 7-0. The last time that happened was in my living room Junior year of college thanks to Jake, Uton, and my communal effort.
I continue to feel embarrased to be a football fan everytime I hear Hank Williams Jr. sing "Are you ready for some football!" Apparently he's been doing it since 1989. Ugh. Time for a new sound.
Justin Timberlake misunderstood: The 'Sexy' in his hit song refers to the girl he's bringing back to his house for the night, not to a characteristic that he is bringing back to the pop scene.
The automobile: from mechanized horse to miniature house on wheels.
